The 2010 Section Grant cycle kicks off in November, with $25,000 available annually for a variety of Section Grant awards.

ACEP News: Vol 28 – No 10 – October 2009In June 2009, the EMS Section received $9,400 for its project on cardiac alert, and the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Section received $15,600 for its project on the impact of crowding on the length of stay in the ED.
Proposals selected for funding must meet specified criteria, including that the proposal meets member or section needs, educates the public, or furthers the advancement of emergency medicine.
Section chairs and staff liaisons will be e-mailed information outlining the application process.
