The affiliation information for one of the authors of “Focus On: Emergency Ultrasound for Deep Vein Thrombosis” (March 2009, p. 10) was incorrect. Dr. Marina Del Rios is an attending physician and the ultrasound director of the department of emergency medicine at Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.
