AIDET: A Popular Way of Improving Patients' Care Experience

Scribe-implemented AIDET validation was an effective tool to evaluate and improve provider communication. Can you see the possibilities? Scribes have the potential to become partners in emergency department quality and safety initiatives and provide another opportunity to align the goals of the entire health care team.
