Childcare Deadline
If you’re bringing your children to ACEP19 and want to take advantage of the onsite childcare provided by ACEP, you must pre-register for childcare by Oct. 21 to ensure we are staffed appropriately. If you want to receive FREE daytime childcare, you must pre-register by Oct. 15. After Oct. 15, childcare rates apply. Drop-in accommodations will not be available.

Tips for First Timers

Altitude Alert
If you’re traveling from a city at or near sea level, your body may feel the effects when it lands in the Mile High City. Many people don’t notice the altitude difference, but it never hurts to be prepared. It’s a good idea to hydrate well before and during your trip to help your body adjust to the thin, dry air. Keep in mind that the effects of alcohol will feel stronger at a higher altitude, and it’s recommended to take it easy during the first 24-48 hours while your body is adjusting. Mild altitude sickness symptoms include headache, insomnia and nausea, so consider bringing remedies as a “just in case” measure.

Badge Up
Your official ACEP19 badge is your passport to all events. Make sure to bring it with you! All guests 18 and above will need an ACEP19 guest pass to access events.
