On the strength of a successful sophomore year for innovatED, ACEP Associate Executive Director Robert Heard, MBA, CAE, was recognized with an Achievement Award in Innovation by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) at its Convening Leaders conference in Chicago. Mr. Heard and innovatED will also be featured in an issue of the PCMA monthly magazine.
