    If 57% of the jobs are in the SE and SW where there are very few 4 year residencies, should we not consider keeping the programs in the SE at 3 years or cutting back on the density of residents and/or residencies where there is low job demand and then increasing the number of residents/residency programs in states/areas where there is high demand. Healthcare is local and the majority of residency grads stay near the program from which they graduate. I wonder what the attrition rate is from some of these programs and what constitutes full time these days. It seems like most people are working few hours
