Can someone elaborate on the way the hourly rates and annual salaries are calculated? I’m not sure how to compare my hourly rate to my state’s average; since I have RVUs, I simply took what I made last year and divided by number of hours worked last year. Is this correct? And is the $30,000 benefits package estimate simply added on to the annual number? What constitutes “basic benefits”? Malpractice and health? Dental?
