ACEP18 Family Forum Brings Families Together for Tours, Activities in San Diego

We’ve got you and your family covered!

Make plans to meet up with other families to sightsee, go to dinner, or plan other activities while at ACEP18. Join the ACEP18 Family Facebook Group to connect with other families while in San Diego.

Child Care

Child care opportunities will be available at ACEP18 so you can plan to take part in all the exciting activities taking place each evening. To sign up or to find out more, visit acep.org/ACEP18.

You must pre-register for child care so they are able to staff accordingly.

$15 per hour, per child.

Childcare Hours

Sunday, Sept. 30, 6 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
Monday, Oct. 1, 6 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 2, 6–11 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 3, 6–11:30 p.m.
A mother’s room for nursing moms will be provided at the San Diego Convention Center and the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

ACEP18 Guest Passes

If you are bringing your family, make sure you register everyone as a guest with registration. With an ACEP18 badge, families will have access to the ACEP18 Kickoff Party, Closing Celebration, and Exhibit Hall. All guests 18 and older will need to purchase ($50) an ACEP18 guest pass to access events. (Adult supervision required for everyone under 18).

Don’t forget to book your family travel to ACEP18 with our housing and travel partners. Family-friendly options are available on the onPeak web page. Look for “Do You Need Family-Friendly Accommodations?” listing the hotels that can easily accommodate children and extended families, or email acep@onpeak.com to access family-friendly options.
