ACEP17 Preview: Vol 36 – No 09a – September 2017

Make plans to meet up with other families to tour D.C., go to dinner, or plan other activities while at ACEP17. Join the ACEP17 Family Facebook Group to connect with other families while in D.C.

The Marriott Marquis lobby by the fireplace will be the designated meet-up location for families to gather and go to their events together as a group during ACEP17.

If you are bringing your family, make sure you register everyone as a guest during registration. With an ACEP17 badge, families will have access to the ACEP17 Kickoff Party, Closing Celebration, and Exhibit Hall. (Adult supervision is required for everyone younger than 18.)

Childcare will be available at ACEP17 so you can plan to take part in all the exciting activities each evening. To sign up for childcare or to find out more about the childcare click here.

Don’t forget to book your family travel to ACEP17 with our housing and travel partners. Family-friendly options are available on the onPeak web page. Look for “Do You Need Family-Friendly Accommodations?” for lists of hotels that can easily accommodate children and extended families or email acep@onpeak.com to access family-friendly options.
